Found where I got the film from!

Its polarpremnium.com they have quite a bit in stock but its not cheap!!

at least you have the option of still getting polaroid film from somewhere. here in deepest darkest africa I am screwed! havent found any polaroidfilm for my hasselblad back in about 4 years.

I understand your obsession with old cameras though. I take a lot of images using everyting from canon EOS 1ds to the hasselblad mrk3, all rented. yet in the last year if i look at the equipment i have bought for myself it is all old analog stuff. my favourite camera i have at the moment is an old Graflex Speed Graphic 4×5 from 1958. I dont use it to make money, i use it to keep my interest in photography alive and every time i develop one of those big negatives i get a warm feeling all-over.

I managed to buy some film for my sx-70 at the begining of the year from a place in Poland. I use it for manipulation of the emulsion later to get that painterly effect that is so unique.
I’ll try and dig out where I got it from.

I have a few polaroid cameras but sadly rarely use them because I’m scared of running out of the film I do have for them! Can’t wait for the Impossible Project either so I can stop rationing my film.

I loveeeee my sx-70 sonar. not sure where you’re located but you can still (largely) find Polaroid 779 film (basically the pro version of 600 film) @ urban outfitters. all you’ll need after that is a filter avaliable on eBay or polapremium to compensate for the speed of the 779. good luck and enjoy your new toy!

Deals on Polaroid film on ebay? Good luck. Luckily I’ve got a decent amount of various Polaroid films (for the different Polaroid cameras and backs that I have) in the fridge. Can’t wait until the Impossible Project comes to fruition.
