F&CK Digital Part 3

Vesuvio Cafe

Here’s one more for the revival of film. The folks over at The Impossible Project are in the process of bringing back Polaroid film. Here’s to hoping they’ll have something like Type-55.

Head over to their website and show your support:

  1. I certainly hope someone makes some Polaroid that’ll vindicate my decision not to sell my 4×5 Polaroid back when I had the chance.

Everything I’ve read, however, indicates that this polaroid will be the smaller, pack stuff. I’m not an expert on all the old Polaroid film lines, though….

I’ve been using a Fuji PA-45 pack film holder with their very nice color pack film. But a P/N B&W film would be a treat to have again.

  2. Yeah I wish I had a 4×5. I have shot with one in the past and miss it so much. Tilt-shift, prime lenses, large negs and positives it’s all so nice. The only thing that kills it is the price of film/Polaroids and processing. And then I gotta go and digitalize ‘em anyway. AHh.
